Caught my attention as he flitted about in my huge Cyprus tree. He was so tiny compared to the tree that I wanted to capture the picture. Of course while I got the camera he was hone. I stood there for a long while looking for him and while doing so I got lost in the tree. I was captivated by just staring at the tree. It was so peaceful. I realized how much I love that tree. I guess I should be grateful for that little bird.

A deep breath

Is what I needed.I was feeling anxious and on my walk I noticed the sunlight hitting the leaves on a tree. It made me stop to take it in. Breathe deep, relax it seemed to say. So I did as I was told. I could feel the change in my bodyaand my mind. I am grateful for talking trees.
